Weee, I love snopes.com. I went from researching weather or not this post http://darkdragonseer.livejournal.com/3
On the lighter side of things heres some funnier stuff I found at snopes: True story- dead whale in Oregon blown up with a half ton of dynamite wrecks mans car. And a video of it to boot! *snicker* Good job Navy on advising them to explode a while. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nGVkHl-n

And this one reminds me of a certain time a friend and I went to pick up a dead squirrel. When walking back to our car in a dark parking lot we noticed a creapy guy. I took out my keys in case he was more than a creepy guy. My friend asked why I was doing that (we'd driven her truck) and I told her about the guy. Her response? "I'm carrying a dead squirrel!" Have to agree. Beating someone with a rotting smelly dead squirrel probably works better than jabbing them with your keys. ^^

Mwahaha massive photo dumping time! I wont repost all of them here for fear of killing your comps, so heres links to the individual posts. Scritchyscritch*GULPGAG!*
I was finishing my drawing for my 405 class when I heard a scratching at my window. Wary, I thought it was one of the kids in the neighborhood throwing things at my window or something to screw with me. So I opened my blinds and what do I find? A REALLY idiotic gecko who doesn't know the saying, "Don't eat anything bigger than your head." Weeee I had a FUN day. The highlight that left me buzzed all day was when a juvenile little green heron flew into the place where I work. Given that we have glass all OVER I had to catch him quick, so I grabbed a towel and had him caught within a minute. (Im rather pleased with how my boss was shocked at how good I was at catching birds. ^^ This is the third time Ive done that too hehe.)He was SOOOO DAMN CUTE. I was smart and kept my glasses on this time (remembering the last bird with a long beak I caught tried to take out my eyes with said long beak). He had a long, warm skinny little neck and a yellow beak and kept squirming. I bundled up his feet and body under one arm and held his beak with the other and let him go out in the back yard. He flew off making displeased grawking noises at me. One of my coworkers has a pic of me holding him on his phone but we dunno how to get it off --* Im kicking myself for not getting a better look at the little birdy before letting him go. But still I got to hold him and that made me happy all day ^^ (And Fox is prolly laughing at me and going "such a bird geek!" Yes I am =PPPPPP) Just thought Id share this image I found while browsing the net for golden eagle pics. http://sites.actx.edu/~porter_da/vftn/t Heyla Foxylady, I got some art for ya!: Squirrel
